Executor File is a free, open-source tool that gives your executor a map: an encrypted register of every account, asset and liability you own, and one printed page that says how to open it.

It is made by Jamie Watters: 38 years in corporate technology, building open tools in public at jamiewatters.work. He built this after being the executor with nothing to go on; the story is here.
